    Become a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help customers maximize the value of their Oracle investments, achieve business outcomes, and minimize risks. You will oversee governance and service delivery.

    As part of the Oracle Customer Success Services team, you’ll join an international network of experts contributing to global technology initiatives and innovation programs.

    What you'll do

    The Customer Success Services (CSS) unit within Oracle supports long-term relationships with major clients, ensuring effective use of Oracle products and services, customer satisfaction, referenceability, and meeting financial objectives.

    TAMs act as trusted advisors, helping clients overcome challenges, meet goals, and ensuring high-quality deliverables, involving problem-solving and incident management with guidance.

    Our goal is to help customers derive increasing value from Oracle solutions throughout their IT lifecycle, from implementation to optimization.

    • Develop and manage relationships with small accounts; support medium/large accounts with other TAMs to maximize Oracle service utilization.
    • Demonstrate effective time management.
    • Be goal-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
    • Communicate technical concepts effectively; familiarity with Oracle products is a plus but not required.

    What you’ll bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field, or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong communication, customer management, and project management skills.
    • Basic understanding of applications, middleware, hardware, or cloud technologies; curiosity about AI, Blockchain, Machine Learning, DevOps, Security, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Ability to collaborate and present concepts clearly.
    • Openness to new ideas and challenges.
    • Adaptability and confidence to learn and adjust.
    • Proactive attitude with a focus on completing tasks.
    • Resilience and effectiveness under pressure.
    • Strong organizational, negotiation, and planning skills.
