The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Customer Partner to revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and enhance profitability. You will develop and maintain deep customer connections, representing Kyndryl and building trusted relationships with top executives.

In this role, you will focus on proactive account growth for new clients in southern Germany, developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities. You will lead your portfolio accounts, generate new opportunities, and expand existing work into larger scopes, collaborating with partners to pursue new deals.

You will own the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction and account compliance, maintaining a stellar reputation. The South region includes Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria; candidates should reside in or near these states.

Responsibilities :

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and growth
  4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  5. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  6. Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
  7. Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
  8. Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within your territory
  10. Manage challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Proven work experience (3+ years) in account management or relevant roles
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in a complex matrix environment
  • Knowledge of business and technology trends, especially within IT
  • Degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Consultative selling experience in technical solutions
  • Relationship management experience
  • Subject matter expertise in areas like Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity, AI
