We are currently looking for you to join our team in Darmstadt as a:

Your Responsibilities:

  • As a (Junior) Customer Marketing Manager, you are the main point of contact for all marketing activities related to your assigned key accounts.
  • You develop Joint Business or Customer Business Plans in close collaboration with the respective Key Account Managers, with the goal of achieving the agreed growth targets.
  • You plan and implement the customer marketing activity calendar.
  • You coordinate and manage new product launches in the Private Label segment, in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.
  • You develop and execute marketing promotions and service tools tailored to different customer groups.
  • You manage the marketing budgets for your customers.

Your Strengths:

  • You have completed a degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have initial professional experience in trade marketing and/or brand marketing; first experience in sales or key account management is desirable.
  • You possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You have excellent proficiency in using MS Office programs.
  • You are solution-oriented and a true team player.
  • You present yourself confidently and know how to speak the customer’s language and understand their needs.
  • You have excellent German language skills and good English skills.
  • French language skills are an advantage.
  • You are willing to travel, primarily within Austria and Switzerland.
