Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Kreditmanagement, idealerweise in einem größeren Unternehmen.

Junior Credit Controller Europe (m / f / d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Support the Senior Credit Manager Europe in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Credit Management Guideline
2. Monitor and maintain credit limits and assess creditworthiness using external credit agencies such as Creditreform and D&B
3. Take ownership of the review of daily delivery approvals
4. Maintain and update master data with accuracy in the SAP FI module (CM), and support relevant external databases
5. Handle new customer creation and existing customer maintenance through CM / CMD processes, including related master data cleansing
6. Prepare and implement CM reports, including: Quarterly BS EU CL / Aging List report, Monthly Top 20 report, Weekly BS EU CL overdraft report
7. Support Credit Management Europe strategic initiatives through participation in projects and reports
8. Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Accounts Receivable, and European Finance Managers
9. Prepare detailed and reliable credit decision templates and ensure the accuracy of associated data

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES :

1. Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling - or a comparable proven qualification (e.g. Certified Credit Controller CCC)
2. First professional experience in Credit Management, ideally within a large mid-sized company
3. Strong communication skills in both German and English
4. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
5. Hands-on mentality with a high level of flexibility, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
6. Proactive, reliable, and results-driven approach to work
7. Adaptable team player with a supportive and collaborative mindset
