We are looking for a Junior Creative Producer (All genders welcome!) to join our team in Munich! The Junior Creative Video Producer will work across the creative production of video content related to Condé Nast’s prestigious brands in Germany, including Vogue, GQ, Glamour, AD, and CNT. The role involves supporting Condé Nast Germany's production team in ideating and executing video formats across all social platforms to drive audience growth and support monetization.
Video output includes:
- Original social videos and podcasts for global digital platforms (e.g., O&O, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), focusing on premium, scalable quality.
- Syndicated series for local markets.
- Video franchises that transcend platforms and markets.
The ideal candidate works in a fast-paced, social-first environment, is a self-starter, and has a passion for Condé Nast’s iconic brands with a strong visual and storytelling aesthetic aligned with our brands. This role reports to the Head of Video, Germany.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support in the ideation and creative production/direction of video series.
- Direct and oversee video shoots from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the local Production Manager to deliver assets on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Facilitate logistics for shoots, including coordinating crew, equipment, location and talent agreements, permissions, risk assessments, transport, and managing budgets.
- Review, edit, and approve treatments, outlines, scripts, casting, schedules, and final versions of programs.
- Manage post-production, collect creative notes, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Edit videos or provide detailed feedback on cuts from the post-production team.
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in producing and developing video content across various platforms, with a passion for internet culture and digital media.
- Strong knowledge of and interest in Condé Nast brands.
- Proven track record in production execution.
- Experience working with A-list talent, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Understanding of production and post-production workflows.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset, receptive to feedback, and capable of providing constructive notes.
- Experience conducting interviews in various settings.
