We are looking for a Controlling Specialist to join our finance team and support day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you’ll assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities, while learning and growing your expertise in financial controlling.

• Financial Reporting Support: Help prepare and review financial documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Assistance: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting data and helping with financial analysis.
• Compliance & Controls: Assist in monitoring financial procedures and ensuring they follow internal policies and external regulations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and help implement improvements in our financial processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to gather financial information and ensure timely reporting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
