About The Job

• Support the planning and execution of content strategies, learning what it takes to make digital projects a success.
• Work with experienced colleagues to generate fresh ideas and concepts for B2C and B2B clients.
• Create audience-specific content—whether it’s text, visuals, or other formats—and bring your ideas to the table to wow clients.
• Dive into topic and keyword research, prepare briefings, and contribute to pitches and presentations.
• Review and fine-tune content like blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates to ensure top quality.

Requirements

• You’re a true team player who thrives on collaboration and shared success.
• You’ve completed a degree or similar qualification—any experience in content creation or at an agency is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
• You’ve got a way with words, strong writing skills, and a passion for creating great content. Basic SEO knowledge or experience with CMS tools is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a nice plus, but it’s not a must.
• Your German is at a C2 level, and your English is at least B2. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow and learn.
