Junior Consultant (m/w/d)

Our clients focus on understanding the consumer. We provide insights into purchasing behaviors, consumer trends, and market opportunities, helping clients develop targeted growth strategies.

As a (Junior) Consultant in Multinational Clients, you will be responsible for client support and consulting in this area.

Your responsibilities include:

• Client support and consulting in various FMCG categories
• Analysis of Consumer Panel data and deriving strategic insights for marketing, sales, and category management
• Creating presentation charts and presenting results to clients
• Assisting in preparing offers based on rate cards
• Marketing innovative products and services with the Key Account Manager

Your profile:

You are a communicative and customer-oriented person with a good sense for consumers and an interest in FMCG products. You think and act customer-focused, are committed, team-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills. You enjoy deriving insights from data and presenting them confidently.

• Degree in economics/social sciences, preferably with a marketing focus
• Initial work experience or internships in market research, consulting, marketing, sales, or category management
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office
