Job Responsibilities:

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective health solutions supporting our Global Brokerage Team within Aon’s Health Solutions business. This candidate will help support our growing practice and will be based in Germany.

• Leading and delivering global benefits client support, including understanding client needs and strategies, as well as cross-selling Aon offers
• Global coordination of the brokerage business for defined clients
• Providing support and subject matter expertise to the sales team, driving global benefits projects for top clients, participating in or leading RFPs and client pitches, and ensuring project delivery
• Working with account team members for timely delivery of consulting projects across regions
• Supporting data analysis and synthesis for client projects and consulting on global and local needs
• Building propositions and case studies to support marketing and sales efforts
• Collaborating with product lines across Aon to deliver optimal solutions
• Providing strategic thought leadership to colleagues and clients, articulating propositions effectively

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Political Science, Environmental Science/Law, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Experience in global benefits and consulting across various industries in health and benefits
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and clients
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Effective time management, organization, and proactive approach
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English and German
