Zusammenfassung

Decadis AG in Koblenz sucht eine/n Marketing Data Analysten (m/w/d) zur Konzeption, Entwicklung und Unterstützung omnichannel Marketingkampagnen. Sie analysieren Kundendaten und CRM-Kampagnen anhand definierter KPIs und identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale automatisierter Marketingprozesse.

Sie bringen ein Studium in BWL-, Informatik- oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit, denken analytisch, erklären komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich, arbeiten eigenständig und im Team.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fokus auf Wirtschaftsinformatik, Information Management, Informatik oder BWL.
• Analytisches Denken, Spaß an digitalen Marketingprozessen und Automatisierung.
• Erklären komplexer Sachverhalte und Ansprechpartner für Kunden.
• Deutsch fließend (mind. C1) für Support in deutschsprachigen Ländern.
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Teamarbeit; Grundkenntnisse in Projektmanagement, SQL oder Python sind willkommen.

• You think analytically, enjoy solving problems, and don't lose sight of the big picture while doing so.
• Explaining complex topics in a way that's easy to understand? That's your forte, and it makes you a valuable point of contact for our customers.
• You are fluent in German—both written and spoken—and have at least a C1 level of proficiency to provide professional and reliable support to our customers in German-speaking countries.
• You work independently and take initiative, but you also enjoy being part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of project management, SQL, and/or Python? A plus, but not required.
