Junior Compliance and Sustainability Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

1. Support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of a compliance program for the entire HSH Chemie Group, including adapting it to local requirements. Topics include CSRD, Taxonomy, Anti-Trust, AML, Cyber Security, Due Diligence, Health & Safety, KYC, Procurement, Risk Assessment, Staff Training, Whistleblowing.
2. Collaborate with local compliance colleagues, external stakeholders (regulators, lawyers, auditors, insurers, financial institutions), and internal teams (HR, IT, Finance, Sales).
3. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and ESG initiatives.
4. Assist in preparing and conducting ISO and internal audits.
5. Create compliance policies, procedures, training, and keep track of regulatory changes and conduct risk assessments.

Your profile:

1. Graduated with a focus on Compliance, Sustainability, or Law, with initial professional experience in one of these areas.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
3. Proactive, structured, reliable work approach.
4. Outgoing personality comfortable interacting with international colleagues and managers.
5. Interest in chemical raw materials and distribution.
6. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken; target group-oriented communication skills.
