We are looking for a Junior Commercial Planning Manager (all genders) to act as one of the main analytical drivers to ensure the data-driven planning of our commercial operations. Working cross-collaboratively, you will continuously develop and innovate our analytical tools to support commercial success, while working in a number-driven, challenging, and ambitious environment.

Your role

1. Collaborate with the team and various departments including marketing, fulfillment, and assortment to define short and long-term commercial targets and contribute to sales planning efforts across all markets.
2. Participate in the planning cycle and implementation of commercial strategies and company budgets. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
3. Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, KPIs, and relevant metrics to assess the success of strategies. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance for C-level executives.
4. Work with large datasets to extract insights and trends using SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
5. Contribute to the planning process by bringing fresh ideas and developing basic tools and processes with the data analytics team.
6. Monitor daily business performance, identify deviations, and assist in strategic recommendations to address gaps. Analyze onsite campaigns and support data-driven decision-making.
7. Visualize data and create compelling presentations to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
8. Perform ad hoc inquiries and analyses, providing insights for decision-making.

Your profile

1. At least three years of experience in a consumer-oriented commercial, financial, or highly analytical role in e-commerce.
2. Experience in business planning and understanding of P&L structures in e-commerce or retail.
3. Degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related fields focusing on data processing.
4. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; German is a plus.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
6. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
