About the Junior Category Marketing Manager Beverage EMEA (m/w/d)

At ADM WILD, we develop, produce, and market food and beverage ingredients, including natural flavors, extracts, colors, beverage bases, fruit preparations, functional ingredients, and food service solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to support growth strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Generate and evaluate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable go-to-market concepts.
- Create beverage concepts tailored to customers and consumers based on our product portfolio and value proposition.
- Develop marketing materials and presentations to showcase product and category strengths.
- Contribute to external marketing initiatives such as campaigns, trade fairs, and PR activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments like R&D, Product Development, Purchasing, Legal/Regulatory, and others.
- Work effectively in international and multifunctional teams.
- Prepare and participate in fairs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing or brand management, ideally within the food or beverage industry.
- Passion for food trends and understanding of market and consumer behavior.
- Clear and confident communication skills; ability to create compelling presentations.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments and work in diverse teams.
- Effective project management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, quick to grasp new concepts.
- Fluent in English and German; hold a valid EU work permit.
- Willing to travel occasionally (approx. 10%).
