Our Sale Campaign Planning & Execution Team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all national and international sale campaigns for the ABOUT YOU online shop. In our cross-functional projects, they collaborate with internal stakeholders from over 20 different teams. They manage stakeholders, oversee projects, and always keep the big picture in mind. The goal: to design campaigns that are as innovative, efficient, and flexible as possible, actively contributing to the growth of ABOUT YOU.

As a Junior Campaign Manager (m/f/d), you will quickly take on responsibility for the end-to-end organization and execution of various sale and loyalty campaigns, from the initial concept through to implementation and final analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and creative planning, conception, and execution of national and international sale and loyalty campaigns
• Independent campaign management aligned with defined performance targets
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and close collaboration with internal teams
• Development of campaign messaging and design in cooperation with the design team
• Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to evaluate and optimize campaigns, followed by performance analyses and the derivation of concrete action recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Initial practical experience in marketing or project management is an advantage
