Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im E-Commerce und Verständnis der Online-Handelsoperationen.
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, mit hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Grundkenntnisse über Commerce-Tools und dynamisches Yield wären von Vorteil.

As a member of the team made up of 8 colleagues, you will be supporting them in the areas of areas of content set-up and sales project management. Your role

• You will assist in the development, planning, and execution of sales campaigns, contributing to flaconi's continued online revenue growth.
• You will be collaborating cross-functionally and supporting with the launches and management of campaigns in both our existing and new markets.
• You will support our Campaign Management Team in content setups, ensuring high-quality and engaging online experiences for our customers.
• You will provide operational support to the team in daily business tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• You will collaborate effectively with other departments, including Demand, Graphics, CRM, Social Media, and International Teams, fostering a cohesive and successful working environment.
• You will assist in optimizing onsite engagement for sales campaigns through A / B testing, content adjustments, and the implementation of new campaign mechanisms.

Your profile

• You have previous experience in e-commerce, demonstrating a foundational understanding of online retail operations.
• You possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft and Google Workspace software, enabling efficient task management and seamless collaboration.
• You are a logical thinker with strong task and time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed effectively.
• You have fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of commerce tools and dynamic yield would be a plus, showcasing your interest in and understanding of e-commerce technologies.

• Full transparency : For this role, we have a salary band between 38,000€-47,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
