Your role

As a (Junior) Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for setting up and integrating the global ZDP management system. You will shape its ongoing development in close coordination with the senior management team. The role serves as a central point of contact for the further development of corporate management procedures and is well-connected with process officers within the organization. You will work in a global, dynamic team of digital talents and be responsible for implementing audit specifications and supporting the implementation of ISO9001 and ISO27001.

Your profile

• University degree in a technical, economics, business administration, or comparable field
• First experience in process consulting, quality management, as a product owner, or in IT project management
• Experience in building, developing, and maintaining management systems in large-scale organizations is a plus
• Experience in regulated environments and with corporate audits is advantageous
• Interest in information security
• Experience with ISO9001 and ISO27001 development of professional process landscapes is preferred
• Familiarity with Confluence or Wiki tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
