Qualifikationen

• 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Controlling, FP&A oder Unternehmensfinanzen.
• Starke Fähigkeiten in Finanzmodellierung und Datenanalyse.

Your mission

As Business Partner Controlling, you are responsible for initiating and controlling strategic processes. You will advise other functional areas on business data evaluation and interpretation, sharing responsibility for goal achievement. You hold a key position at Matrix42.
Core Responsibilities

• Work with VP Controlling and CFO to evolve the controlling function's scope, capacity, and performance
• Partner with engineering, R&D, and product teams for budget planning, analysis, and support of headcount and expense management
• Collaborate with the controlling team to build budgets, analyze variances, monitor metrics, and produce management reports and forecasts
• Drive growth, transparency, and operational improvements based on operational drivers
• Work with the finance team to provide FP&A input to ensure data accuracy and flow

Your profile

Must have:

• 2+ years relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, corporate finance, strategic planning, or management consulting
• Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, reporting, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and adapt to growth and change
• Curiosity, attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive attitude
