Job Description:

Job Purpose:

To support the Category/Business manager in vendor operational management, ensuring data integrity, system tools, and reporting. Take ownership of parts of the product portfolio and establish vendor processes and relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Support product and vendor lifecycle management, ensuring system accuracy and product adoption
• Support vendor pricing strategy with the profit team
• Manage ship and debit process with the Barcelona team
• Collaborate on provision management and stock allocation
• Produce sales and stock reports with Business Intelligence
• Achieve quarterly GP targets
• Maintain relationships with vendor peers for future planning
• Contribute to business planning with vendor leads
• Assist sales with pricing and product queries
• Participate in vendor events

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Time management and prioritization
• Effective communication within teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Customer focus
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of product and technology portfolios
• IT industry knowledge, including channel, vendors, and programs (advantage)
• Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse (advantage)
• Experience in a technology business (preferable)
• Degree in a business-related subject (desirable)
• Fluent in German and English
