agap2 - HIQ Consulting in Konstanz is looking for a proactive individual to manage a profit center and develop new customer relationships. You will be responsible for the entire business life cycle management, talent acquisition process, and managing your own team of consultants.

Tasks

Your responsibilities will be triple:

1. Management of the entire business life cycle management
2. Management of the talent acquisition process
3. Management of a team of consultants

Your missions will be:

• Clients and candidates sourcing
• Sales and recruitment strategy definition
• Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the Industry
• Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degrees
• Negotiate contractual terms with your clients and your candidates
• Signature of full-time contracts with your consultants
• Career plans management
• People management
• Business unit management

Requirements

Here is what you need to have in your backpack to make this job an adventure with us:

• Native in German
• MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
• You have between 0-3 years'experience
• Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering
• Strong communication and ability to communicate complex information in simple terms
