Qualifikationen

JOIN OUR TEAM

As Junior Business Development Manager - Sales & Promotions, you will be part of our Special Sales Team, responsible for all special sales and promotion activities in our Westwing Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for proposing and executing promotional activities to effectively sell off inventory. This position is unlimitedand based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • monitor and analyse inventory levels and derive promotional activity proposals
  • execute sales events and promotions on Westwing Shop to help maintain healthy inventory levels while bringing excitement to our customers, increasing the customer lifetime value as well as repeat purchases
  • conduct a comprehensive analysis of past sales events to evaluate performance and streamline processes
  • work closely with our Retail Campaigns, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Pricing teams to ensure a coordinated and effective approach for our sales activities
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities and come up with your own ideas and innovative concepts
YOU COME WITH
  • 2+ years of professional working experience with proven track record, preferably in eCommerce, Sales & Marketing, or Consulting
  • proven project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on attitude and creative mindset to propose exciting new promotional ideas while still focusing on results
  • fluency in English, both written and spoken
