Your Responsibilities:
- Develop business intelligence solutions using SQL Server, Databricks, and Qlik.
- Design and build new BI solutions, data warehouses, and data marts by integrating data from sources like SAP, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL databases, etc.
- Support the smooth operation of the Vorwerk Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot reporting issues and develop solutions.
- Train users to understand data dependencies and promote self-service analytics.
- Perform data profiling to identify anomalies.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns for business insights.
- Participate in interdepartmental projects to ensure data standards align with overall strategy.
What You Offer Us:
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent education.
- Experience in developing ETL processes and reports with BI tools like SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Qlik, and Databricks is advantageous.
- Knowledge of relational database design, data warehousing, and ETL tools.
- Skills in data modeling, data quality, source analysis, business rules validation, and performance tuning.
- Experience in root cause analysis of data and processes to answer business questions and identify improvements.
- Understanding of data warehouse/BI security, performance optimization.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
- Business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
