Join AUTO1 Group’s ambitious, international, and performance-driven team as a Junior B2B Marketing Manager CRM (f/m/x)! You’ll play a key role in driving engagement and business growth through omni-channel campaigns and marketing automation, all in a data-driven environment, designed for rapid learning and professional development.
As part of our collaborative culture, you will work closely with teams across Sales, Remarketing, Operations, Product, Logistics, Management, and Design to deliver impactful marketing initiatives for our customers and ensure seamless communication throughout the organization.
Analyze and manage KPIs to measure success and optimize your own initiatives, e.g. through A/B testing and structured reporting, derive new ideas and ensure efficient implementation.
Overview the entire B2B customer relationship with our dealers and identify the most important customer touchpoints.
Develop and prioritize new campaign ideas based on data and user profiles.
Build concepts for prioritized ideas, including prototypes, copy, and design briefs.
Execute and coordinate CRM tasks, such as preparing/editing campaign and transactional emails, translations, testing (A/B), and system updates.
Learn the full e-mail ecosystem and support daily CRM Marketing activities.
Independently manage and update your tasks in Asana, communicating priorities and deadlines.
A completed degree in digital marketing or a similar qualification.
You are highly motivated and able to work independently, willing to actively drive projects forward, and characterized by a pragmatic approach.
Special attention to detail and organizational skills are among your strengths.
Strong analytical understanding and the ability to proactively translate data-based insights into action as well as a confident use of e.g. Excel.
High motivation, team spirit, rapid adaptability and the desire to constantly question the status quo.
Experience in CRM or email marketing is a plus, ideally in B2B business.
You think beyond the tasks assigned to you and have a track record of successfully driving lucrative projects.
You have demonstrated a clear ability to prioritize and deliver your tasks in a timely manner based on (accurately) perceived impact.
You support the company's culture principles & want to help us innovate the way we do B2B Marketing by solving current challenges & driving forward discussions about new topics and projects.
You have established good and efficient working relationships with people within as well as outside of your team.
Fluency in English is a must, any other European language is a plus.
