You’ll play a key role in driving engagement and business growth through omni-channel campaigns and marketing automation, all in a data-driven environment designed for rapid learning and professional development.

As part of our collaborative culture, you will work closely with teams across Sales, Remarketing, Operations, Product, Logistics, Management, and Design to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and ensure seamless communication throughout the organization.

Your Role

1. Analyze and manage KPIs to measure success and optimize initiatives, e.g., through A/B testing and structured reporting; derive new ideas and ensure efficient implementation.
2. Oversee the entire B2B customer relationship with our dealers and identify key customer touchpoints.
3. Develop and prioritize new campaign ideas based on data and user profiles.
4. Build concepts for prioritized ideas, including prototypes, copy, and design briefs.
5. Execute and coordinate CRM tasks, such as preparing/editing campaign and transactional emails, translations, testing (A/B), and system updates.
6. Learn the full email ecosystem and support daily CRM marketing activities.
7. Manage and update your tasks independently in Asana, communicating priorities and deadlines.

Your Skills

• A completed degree in digital marketing or a related qualification.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently, proactive in driving projects, with a pragmatic approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into action, proficient in Excel.
• Motivated, team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to challenge the status quo.
• Experience in CRM or email marketing is a plus, especially in B2B contexts.
• Proven track record of successfully managing lucrative projects and prioritizing tasks based on impact.
• Alignment with the company's culture principles and a desire to innovate in B2B marketing.
• Ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
