We are looking for a Junior Audience Marketing Manager (m/w/d).

Join our marketing team and help us reach and inspire people in the care and therapy sectors with our solutions!

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of targeted marketing campaigns in healthcare and therapy, focusing on digital channels.
• Collaborating with internal teams to tailor marketing efforts to specific customer segments and preparing content accordingly.
• Assisting in creating and optimizing marketing materials (website, mailings, sales documents).
• Handling operational marketing tasks, such as customer data management in CRM systems, email campaign execution and analysis, and reporting based on KPIs.
• Supporting product launches and developing local marketing strategies and assets.
• Organizing webinars, events, and trade shows, ensuring materials are ready on time.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors, providing analysis and insights.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
• Practical experience in marketing through internships or student jobs.
• Interest in digital B2B marketing and healthcare, familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Organizational skills, independence, and ability to work across teams.
• Excellent German language skills; good English skills are beneficial.
• Attention to detail and a knack for targeted communication.
