As a (Junior) Art Director, you'll collaborate with strategists, designers, and media experts to create standout campaigns that captivate audiences. Embrace new technologies, take ownership of your projects, and see your ideas come to life!

We are looking for passionate, outspoken creatives who love to surprise, excite, and win over our team, our clients, and target groups.

Your Tasks:

• Develop, implement, and present conceptual ideas across all channels (online, offline, mobile, ambient, TV, etc.) for our international clients.
• Design and conceive advertising measures with a focus on the client's image.
• Perform image editing and research to support creative projects.
• Further develop, implement, and supervise corporate design initiatives.
• Create illustrations to enhance visual storytelling.
• Present results and designs to the creative director, clients, and management.

• Completed studies in graphic, communication, or media design, or comparable training.
• Proven professional experience in an advertising agency environment.
• Preferably experienced in the automotive advertising sector.
• Strong background in online, mobile, and social media advertising.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Creative and innovative personality with a keen eye for design.
• Up-to-date with the latest advertising and design trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Creative awards history is a significant plus.
