(Junior) Area Sales Manager Windsor Men (d/f/m)

In this exciting and challenging position, you will be responsible for the sales of the Windsor brand in the sales region of Central Germany. You will actively sell the current collections to our customers and provide intensive support to our key accounts. Additionally, you will conduct analytical assortment design, support our customers during the season, and advise them on assortment and optimization at the POS. Your ability to approach people, quickly win them over, and inspire them will help you establish successful new customer relationships. You will also handle the acquisition, control, and development of shop areas in your sales region. Your ambition to exceed sales expectations, increase brand awareness, and analyze deviations in key sales figures completes your exciting role.

Required experience and skills:

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in brand sales with responsibility for results
  • Profound IT knowledge, ideally including SAP
  • Very good English skills
  • Strong customer orientation and affinity for the fashion and lifestyle industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
