melu kids GmbH is seeking a data-driven Amazon expert to own our European marketplaces after onboarding in Berlin. You will manage PPC campaigns, data reporting, and automation using Sellerboard, Helium 10, and Claude, while driving conversions with optimized listings and pricing.

You'll lead launches and expansion into new markets, monitor competition, and collaborate directly with the founders. German is a plus, and hybrid work starts in Berlin with time in the office.

melu kids is the No. 1 brand for personalized name labels and stamps on Amazon in Europe — and we're building the same position in the US. Six marketplaces, our own production in Berlin and Dallas, a core team of six, and a business that moves faster than everyone else in its category. We're not a corporate and not an agency — and we're looking for the second engine of our Amazon team.

THE ROLE

You will own Amazon marketplaces. Not "support", not "assist" — own. After roughly three months of onboarding in Berlin, you take over your own European markets and are responsible for their numbers.

• PPC — you build, run and optimize Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns. You know your ACOS and TACOS by heart and why they moved.
• Data & AI — you live in Sellerboard, Helium 10 and Claude. You build the automations that run our Amazon business: reporting, PPC audits, price-test tracking, alerts. The routine runs on AI — you pull the levers.
• Conversion — you own how our products show up on Amazon: listings, images, A+ content, price. You test what converts, kill what doesn't, and brief our designers with data.
• Launches & expansion — you bring new products and new markets live, end to end.
• Competition — you know what the top five competitors in your markets did this week.

You report directly to the founders. Decisions that matter get escalated to us fast — everything else is yours.

WHO YOU ARE

A role for someone at the start of their career who wants to skip the slow lane.

• You're finishing or have just finished your Bachelor's or Master's (business, economics, marketing, e-commerce or similar).
• You're hungry. You want responsibility now, not after two years of proving yourself in a hierarchy.
• You're a numbers person. Excel doesn't scare you, data makes you curious, and "I have a feeling" isn't an argument you'd use.
• You have real interest in performance marketing — Amazon PPC, paid search, conversion optimization. Prior Amazon experience (internship, own shop, side project) is a plus, not a requirement. Mindset beats experience.
• You already use AI every day — Claude, ChatGPT, whatever gets the job done — and you're curious how far it can go.
• You're fluent in English. German is a plus.
• You're in Berlin or willing to move. We work hybrid, but the first months happen in the office, next to the people you learn from.
