We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Junior Accounting Specialist with strong MS-Excel skills to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will assist in various accounting tasks, including data entry, financial reporting, and reconciliation. • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports using MS-Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Invoice Processing: Assist in processing invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: some initial experience in accounting or finance roles
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
