What you can expect in your new job

• You record and post business transactions such as invoices, bank bookings and travel expense reports, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You help reconcile the accounts and ensure that all the figures are correct.
• You will support our team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and help to evaluate financial data.
• You will help with the preparation of advance VAT returns and will be in close contact with our tax advisor.
• You create reports and evaluations that serve as an important basis for decision-making for management and other departments.
• You take care of the filing and documentation of documents and make sure that everything is in its place.
  
  

What we want from you

• Completed training in finance or accounting or a comparable qualification
• First experience in accounting
• Good understanding of numbers and a structured way of working
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Business Central/Navision or a comparable ERP system
• Confident with MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
• You enjoy working in a team and are keen to develop yourself further.
