Qualifikationen

Position: Junior Accountant Debitoren (m/w/d)

Location: Mönchengladbach
Type: Part-time / Full-time
Start: Immediately

Responsibilities

1. Manage accounts receivable and general ledger entries independently, including daily bank bookings.
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
3. Process incoming payments and maintain customer accounts.
4. Reconcile bank statements and perform account analyses.
5. Support in debt management and aging analysis.
6. Prepare and reconcile open item lists for closing processes.
7. Create ad-hoc reports as needed.
8. Communicate with internal departments and headquarters.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Initial experience in accounts receivable accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, thorough working style and strong analytical skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.
