Job Description:

We are looking for a client management professional to oversee a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, providing proactive support and service.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and partners
• Account management and growth
• Enhancing client satisfaction
• Identifying opportunities for upselling products and services
• Serving as a point of contact for clients regarding issues

Skills and Competencies:

• Fluent German (C2 level) and English
• Customer-focused attitude
• Experience in financial services or payments (preferred)
• Experience with retailers or e-commerce businesses (a plus)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent time management skills

Salary and Benefits:

• €60,000 per annum OTE
• Permanent contract
• Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office per week
• Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)
