Qualifikationen

• Interesse an E-Commerce und vorherige Erfahrung sind wünschenswert.
• Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch, Französisch oder weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
• Fähigkeit, KPIs und Berichte zu erstellen und zu verstehen.

Junior Account Manager - Marketplace (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You support the setup and development of our account management within the marketplace team
• You will be the go-to support for a large portfolio of sellers, acting as their main point of contact for day-to-day questions and guidance on navigating the home24 platform
• You will help sellers optimize their business by ensuring their product catalogs are up-to-date, their content and shop performance is high-quality, and they are prepared for key promotional events
• You will monitor the health of your seller pool by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying common challenges, and sharing insights with the wider marketplace team
• You will ensure a smooth operational experience for our partners, managing communication during onboarding and assisting with content enrichment and data quality checks
• You will champion seller success at scale by assisting in the creation of educational content, tutorials, and webinars that help our entire seller community thrive.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or successfully completed vocational training, ideally with a focus on e-commerce
• You have a keen interest in e-commerce and might already possess some experience in the field
• You are data and fact-driven with strong analytical skills. Creating and understanding reports and KPIs are your starting point to improve processes, sales and operations
• You have excellent communication skills and can build trust-based relationships with stakeholders
• You are fluent in English and German. (French, Chinese, Polish or Dutch is a plus)

Your path

• For the hybrid working model based in Berlin: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• The possibility to work up to two months per year within Germany or from an EU country
