Main Responsibilities :

As a Junior Account Manager, you will contribute to the success of our Enterprise Business Group by:

• Managing core customer relationships within a designated industry
• Understanding customer needs and seeking new business opportunities
• Supporting the development and strategic implementation of business plans through customer events and branding activities
• Participating in and supporting marketing activities such as company and industry events, technology forums, and others
• Driving projects and creating synergies in collaboration with internal teams like Pre-Sales and Channel Sales

Requirements :

• Graduate student with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales Engineering, or a similar field
• Basic understanding of the ICT sector and the German B2B market is a plus
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced multinational team with adaptability to changing environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, target-driven team player mindset

Language requirements :

• Fluent in English and German
