Jobbeschreibung

As a member of the new business team, you will be responsible for the DACH region to promote and sell our solutions in the integrity assessment and grading space. We are a team of 5 sales reps, aiming to generate leads and close new business across Europe.

Our main target audience is education, including higher and secondary education. We are also looking to expand into the corporate sector.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with decision makers, influencers, and users within institutions to promote our tools.
  • Work closely with the renewal team, marketing, solution engineers, and other departments.
  • Identify institutions that do not use our tools and set up lead generation campaigns.
  • Manage leads through the sales funnel to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the renewals team to identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market developments related to academic integrity and AI writing tools.
  • Understand institutional processes, policies, and challenges around academic integrity and data privacy.
  • Coordinate with marketing to increase regional leads.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for Ed-Tech and education industry.
  • Several years of experience in a similar sales role or seeking an entry-level position.
  • Customer-centric mindset and integrity.
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
  • Proactive in stakeholder engagement.
