Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for sales of our safety shoes and PPE in postal code areas 26, 27, 28, and 49 (e.g., Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, Bremen, Delmenhorst, Cuxhaven).
- Support our trade partners and key accounts with expert advice, managing and expanding long-term customer relationships.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, product presentations, and solutions.
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers, achieve sales targets, and increase existing revenues.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training or business studies.
- Initial sales experience and a desire to grow professionally.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with people.
- Flexible, organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
