About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter (m/f/d) for our portfolio company to support its Candidate Relationship Management strategies.

In your daily work, you’ll focus on ensuring a great candidate experience and have the opportunity to contribute to various recruitment projects.

In this role, you’ll:

• Create an end-to-end recruiting plan covering sourcing, contacting candidates, organizing interviews, and negotiations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the best candidates
• Gain insights into different departments to refine your candidate search
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
• Contribute to evolving recruitment practices with new strategies and approaches
• Participate in projects like employer branding, candidate experience, data-driven recruiting, and tool implementation

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of commercial and operational roles, including sales, procurement, and logistics
• Experience in agency recruitment or headhunting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in research and candidate outreach
• Negotiation skills and comfort with cold outreach
• Ability to assess cultural fit and promote the company to candidates
• Motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about recruitment
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
