Job SummaryAs a key member of the West HR and recruiting team, this person will help us shape the future talent profile of West. By identifying and attracting top talent to West for entry and mid-level roles, this recruiting specialist will have the opportunity to play a key role as the organization grows and transforms. This individual will become a partner with client stakeholders, including the site HR team, and will work to develop, communicate and execute jointly on recruiting plans to support the site. He/she will be responsible for recruitment execution that efficiently manages the full life cycle recruiting process, and helps achieve a seamless, positive candidate and client experience no matter what the hiring decision might be. This person will manage key administrative processes to ensure our team is innovative and compliant. Ultimately, he/she will assist West in efficiently delivering on its talent needs to achieve our immediate and future business goals.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHigh School Diploma HS/GED required
Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources discipline preferred
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in an agency, search firm or preferably a corporate setting
Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively read, write, and speak in both English and German at a high professional level is required.
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and changing environment
Experience working with global teams preferred
Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with the ability to solve problems under tight timelines
Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels
Demonstrated success developing relationships and meeting new people
Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and timelines independently
Knowledge of souring techniques using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms
Advance analytical acumen in various reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc.
