This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager/Inside Sales to join a dynamic commercial team, focusing on EMEA and North America markets within the Pharma Solutions division. The role involves servicing industrial customers and exploring new markets and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets within assigned customer portfolios and territories.
  • Assist Key Account Managers with pricing, pipeline development, and customized sales reports for EMEA and North America.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and market intelligence to support sales growth.
  • Manage relationships and drive growth with assigned accounts.
  • Support regional marketing initiatives, including product launches and campaigns.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
  • Achieve results consistently, even under challenging circumstances.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, coordinate trials, conduct business reviews, and forecast customer demand.
  • Show a strong desire to learn and grow in a global commercial environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry or a technical field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales, application development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in markets such as coatings, paints, ceramics, or paper is a plus.
