About the Job

We’re seeking an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to support our employees throughout their entire employee journey. The ideal candidate will have integrity and a positive demeanor to build strong relationships based on trust, inclusion, and respect. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with various departments.

  • Provides support on local HR-related processes, services, and management across the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, compensation, development, etc.)
  • Executes HR processes and projects in accordance with local requirements
  • Acts as an adviser for employees and line managers on personnel and labor law-related questions
  • Communicates and negotiates with the local works council
  • Implements employee measures according to the tariff agreement and works council regulations
  • Collaborates closely with the HR Payroll Team to ensure accurate management of employee documentation and HR system data

About the Ideal Candidate

  • University degree in Business Administration, HRM, Psychology, or comparable fields
  • First years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge of labor law; experience with works council communication is a plus
  • People-oriented, with problem-solving skills and a focus on high quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle confidential information
