Job Description:

The Global Technical Trainer is a crucial role, involving the research, design, development, and delivery of training, in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts, to support our customer-facing colleagues in understanding not only our products but also our customers' applications and their industry needs. This ensures effective communication with customers and building credibility and relationships.

Scope of your role

• Own and develop the Technical Training Program, maintaining content relevance
• Collaborate with various departments in TSS globally (engineers, sales, marketing, etc.)
• Build and maintain a network/community for technical training
• Measure training effectiveness, analyze reports, and identify improvements
• Act as a liaison between SMEs and training development
• Ensure alignment between customer/SME expectations and course creation
• Develop and deliver basic technical trainings (sealing technology)
• Support trainers in designing and delivering training sessions
• Create blended learning solutions with the e-Learning team
• Advise trainers on improvements and optimizations
• Coordinate the Train the Trainer program with the Global Training Manager

What defines you

• Technical education (min Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, or relevant experience)
• Technical knowledge and manufacturing process expertise
• Experience in customer-facing roles involving technical applications or sales
• Basic training/presentation experience
• Experience working in a global organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus
