Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Technical management of the team
• Implementation of capacity planning
• Preparation of management plans and schedules
• Development of supporting IT tools (especially Siemens Teamcenter)
• Schedule and budget control at team level
• Coordination with engineering departments and technical project managers
• Participation in project-related technical configuration management
• Preparation and conduction of change conferences

Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in technical configuration management
• Knowledge of product structure, technical drawings, documentation, and baselines
• Experience with CM 2 processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and PLM tools (Siemens Teamcenter)
• Good knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Flexibility, communication, and moderation skills
• Willingness to travel
