What we are looking for:

• Work in an interdisciplinary team on designing, specifying, and integrating future drive-by-wire systems across our vehicle portfolio, focusing on electronics, functions, and software.
• Coordinate technically with internal departments and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current and future customer requirements.
• Conduct and document concept studies.
• Specify system requirements for drive-by-wire systems.
• Plan and execute development activities in accordance with ISO 26262.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, aerospace, or related fields.
• Several years of experience in systems engineering.
• Military background and industry knowledge are advantageous.
• Proficiency with systems engineering tools like DOORS.
• Independent, structured, proactive, and flexible working style.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
