Job Description:

Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH in Kassel is seeking a Senior System Engineer Electrical/Electronics (f/m/d). Ref.-Nr.: DE12113. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

• Development and ownership of vehicle features at system level
• Analysis and assignment of stakeholder requirements for (sub-)system specifications
• Creation of (sub-)system specifications and interface documents
• Implementation of requirements related to system safety and cybersecurity
• Support modularization and scalability of system architectures
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams for system activities
• Ensure adherence to Rheinmetall's development process according to the V-model

Qualifications:

• University degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, or related fields
• Experience in requirements management and system requirements for mechatronic products
• Proficiency with DOORS/DOORS NG, UML/SysML, and system architectures
• Experience with the V-model and standards in military or automotive sectors is advantageous
• Strong communication, teamwork, assertiveness, resilience, and confidence
• Experience in system safety & cybersecurity
• Fluent in German and good English skills
