WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Advising internal departments on all issues related to implementing requirements in the Atlassian environment (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, etc.) or other project management applications
• Administration, configuration, and further development of the responsible applications
• Customizing applications via low-code solutions
• Implementing incident and problem management efficiently and providing 2nd and 3rd level support for application-related requests
• Managing IT projects in line with specifications regarding time, scope, and costs
• Coordinating external service providers

The position can be filled in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel, or Neuenstadt.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a similar IT-focused field, or comparable professional experience
• Professional experience in designing, operating, and consulting in the Atlassian environment
• In-depth knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
• Experience in Linux environment administration is an advantage
• Methodical knowledge, ideally with certifications in project management and IT service management
• Experience in digitalization and automation of processes
• Quick comprehension, abstract thinking, and a structured, independent, goal-oriented working style
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
• Confident communication and presentation skills
