Process Engineer Electronics Production (m/f/d)

This full-time, permanent position involves:

• Ensuring transfer of know-how from Kiel to Romania in areas such as equipment, documentation, and manufacturing knowledge.
• Establishing and ensuring compliance of an electronics production site in Romania according to company standards and certifications (e.g., ISO9001).
• Acting as a liaison between the Center of Excellence in Kiel and the new production facility in Romania, including on-site presence and travel (~50%).

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, a completed vocational training in electronics/electricity plus qualification as a state-certified technician.
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Solid production and project management experience.
• Leadership experience, preferably in a production environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
• Good German and English skills, and very good Romanian language skills in speaking and writing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, resilience under stress.
• High willingness to travel.
