Process Engineer Electronics Production (m/f/d)
This full-time, permanent position involves:
- Ensuring transfer of know-how from Kiel to Romania in areas such as equipment, documentation, and manufacturing knowledge.
- Establishing and ensuring compliance of an electronics production site in Romania according to company standards and certifications (e.g., ISO9001).
- Acting as a liaison between the Center of Excellence in Kiel and the new production facility in Romania, including on-site presence and travel (~50%).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, a completed vocational training in electronics/electricity plus qualification as a state-certified technician.
- Several years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Solid production and project management experience.
- Leadership experience, preferably in a production environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
- Good German and English skills, and very good Romanian language skills in speaking and writing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, resilience under stress.
- High willingness to travel.
