Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von geschützten Fahrzeugen oder Schutzsystemen erforderlich.
• Bereitschaft gelegentlich zu reisen.

Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Vorschlägen und Leistungsbeschreibungen.
• Koordination mit nationalen und internationalen öffentlichen Auftraggebern.
• Dokumentation und Präsentation von Ergebnissen.

What we are looking for:

• Creation of proposals and service descriptions
• Coordination with national and international public clients
• Internal coordination with various stakeholders such as the development department
• Documentation and presentation of results
• Independent drafting of applications
• Work in interdisciplinary project teams

What you should bring:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience in the development of protected vehicles, protection systems, short-term dynamics or ballistic end-stability is desirable
• Industry knowledge is an advantage
• Strong technical and analytical understanding and drive to advance innovation and technology
• Fluent communication in German and English (spoken and written)
• Precise, structured, and goal-oriented working style, high communication and persuasion skills
• Enthusiasm and joy in working in agile teams
• Willingness to travel occasionally
