Full-time (Junior) IT Consultant (m/f/d) for POS / Retail at our office in Essen or Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the implementation and further development of POS solutions
• Systematically gather requirements and prepare them for implementation
• Manage projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct workshops and training sessions independently
• Support projects during testing and go-live phases
• Work closely with development and support teams
• Provide support for technical inquiries in presales and contribute expertise

Qualifications

• Some experience in IT field or in projects (junior level), or several years of experience in IT consulting or project management
• Strong understanding of software and processes
• Structured, solution-oriented, independent working style
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with customers
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to solution finding
• Experience in retail or POS sector is a plus
• Excellent German skills and good English skills
• Willingness to travel
