Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of consulting/project experience in process optimization, process automation, IT project management or enterprise/IT risk management in enterprise environments.
• Experience with new technologies and use cases in corporate functions.
• Advanced analytical skills to prepare data driven decisions for management representatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams.
• Willingness to travel if required based on business-demand.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to management representatives.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Advise enterprise clients on the transformation and digitalization of business-critical processes and IT environments.
• Analyze existing processes, systems and application landscapes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation and digitalization.
• Translate business and functional requirements into structured technology concepts and implementation roadmaps.
• Support or lead workstreams within enterprise IT transformation and platform implementation projects.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and implementation partners.
• Define target processes, requirements, governance structures and operating models.
• Support the evaluation, selection and implementation of enterprise platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Prepare management presentations, decision papers and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and implementation challenges and actively support their resolution.
• Depending on seniority, take ownership of project workstreams and support the development of junior team members.

What You'll Do

As an IT Consultant / Senior IT Consultant (m/f/d) - Enterprise IT Transformation, you will support our clients in shaping and delivering complex digital transformation initiatives across enterprise IT environments.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology and implementation – helping clients translate strategic objectives and business requirements into scalable IT solutions, transformation roadmaps and successful implementations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Advise enterprise clients on the transformation and digitalization of business-critical processes and IT environments
• Analyze existing processes, systems and application landscapes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation and digitalization
• Translate business and functional requirements into structured technology concepts and implementation roadmaps

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with new technologies and use cases in corporate functions
• Advanced analytical skills to prepare data driven decisions for management representatives
• Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (master's degree, MBA, PhD, etc.)
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams
• Willingness to travel if required based on business-demand
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to management representatives
• Fluency in german and english

Nice-To-Have:

• Entrepreneurial/startup experience
• Experience with Planon IWMS/FSBS is a plus
• Certifications such as: ISO 2700x Implementer, IPMA etc.
