MAIN TASKS

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance E2E Sales & Services processes through process mining, analytics, and automation
• Provide business process and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and compliance gaps in Sales & Services
• Implement end-to-end process analysis and dashboards using tools like Celonis, working closely with business and IT experts
• Manage tasks within the NextGenCRM PMO team, from project initiation to completion
• Support project managers in coordinating, controlling, and monitoring projects, including performance, budget, deadlines, and risks
• Act as work package owner or project manager for smaller sub-projects within the larger NextGenCRM initiative
• Identify opportunities to streamline PMO processes and improve efficiency and success rates

Your role focuses on supporting the PMO team working on business transformation projects, particularly the NextGenCRM project, which involves implementing a new CRM platform for our B2B units worldwide. This is part of ZEISS's 'Shaping Customer Excellence' program, aligning with the company's strategic goals.

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Proficient in MS 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to develop, structure, and document concepts clearly
• Strong communication, organizational skills, integrity, and teamwork
• Analytical thinking, quick grasp of complex topics, hands-on, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to build networks and work effectively in intercultural, interdisciplinary global teams
• Resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Fluent in English (B2-C1), German is a plus

STUDY PROGRAM
