Qualifikationen

For our team at the Ettlingen site, we are looking for you as

Technical Training Coordinator / Trainer (m / f / d)

Your task:

• You coordinate and plan the training schedules and coordinate the assignments with the respective specialist departments.
• You are specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of technical training courses and workshops as well as the creation of training and presentation materials.
• Together with the training team, you are jointly responsible for the quality assurance of the training.
• You are involved in the recruitment and selection of new trainees.
• You support the planning and implementation of internal/external marketing activities (such as school and trade fair visits).
• You are responsible for the entire process of preparing trainees for their exams.
• You work in the day-to-day business.

Your qualifications:

• You have successfully completed your technical studies or vocational training, ideally as an IT specialist (application development/system integration) or in the field of computer science.
• You have sound knowledge in the field of computer science.
• You enjoy working with people, are characterized by your communication skills and impress with your open and professional manner.
• You have a very good command of German (at least level C1) and a good command of written and spoken English.
